Mijas makes a perfect location for your villas in Andalucia

This year you are heading to the south of Spain for your villas in Andalucia in the hamlet of Mijas or Mijas Pueblo. This tiny gem has been secreted away on the Costa del Sol nicely tucked into the landscape of the Sierra de Mijas foothills. Perched 450 metres above the sea level, it offers an impossible to believe landscape that casts a shadow over the city of Fuengirola and the Mediterranean Sea below. This mountain town is everything you would expect an Andalucian town to be, including narrow winding cobblestone streets with building painted white. There are the ever present flower boxes full to overflowing with colorful flowers. On a hot summer's day you can sit for hours and watch the traveller buses disgorge their impatient passengers.
