Alcoy is a fairytale village away from your villas in Costa Blanca

Have you ever noticed when booking your villas in Costa Blanca that there is a lot more to this province in the way of little villages tucked away in the countryside? One such place is the village of Alcoy nestled in the beautiful Alicante province. Not only does it have deep roots attached to the distance past it is also home to a plethora of new architectural structures such as viaducts and bridges. The event Alcoy is known for throughout the world for is the celebration of the defeat of the Moors on the Iberian Peninsula, known as the Moros y Cristianos festival. This event takes place in April and if you plan to attend you will need to make reservations well in advance due to its popularity.
