Martinique has CARIBBEAN REAL ESTATE, it is one of the Windward Islands included in the Lesser Antilles group of islands, the official language is French, although Creole is also spoken here. The weather does not usually vary very much during the year aside from a few degrees, winter temperatures are around 75 degrees and summer temperatures can rise to 85 degrees.
