Owners Direct to Pamplona

Holidaying in Spain? Then ask OWNERS DIRECT where the best places to go are and they should give some indication of the better places in their locality. If near the town of Pamplona, a town made famous by Ernest Hemingway in his book “The Sun Also Rises”, they should have lots to mention. The town is renowned for the bull run and the San Fermin festival. For most of its life, Pamplona was a fortress town as the Muslims reported it good only for bandits who spoke an incomprehensible language. The 18th century is when Pamplona started to grow anew and modern weaponry meant a new fortress which was built on top of Mount San Cristobel.
