The Attractive La Lonja de la Seda

La Lonja is among one of the best conserved Late Gothic buildings in the whole of Europe and was built in XVI century in the Golden Age when the latter was an economic and cultural centre. When building La Lonja price was not an issue and this is shown on its luxurious and lavishness architecture. La Lonja remains to be an ingenious and dramatic blend of a unique castle and complex art and it inspires many people with its impressive glamour and captures everyone’s attention with good-nature ornaments. La Lonja de la Seda is both cheerful and gleaming with life and has several sections. The main hall is enormous and well decorated with gorgeous supporting columns and was the focal point of La Lonja where merchants met. Side-wing is the other part of the Pavillion and this is where Tribunal del Mar sat. This was the first tribunal ever formed in Spain and these partitions are still genuinely furnished. La Lonja de la Seda attracts many visitors who study the attractive history of Spain.
